Nick Billingham’s “Narrow Boats: Care and Maintenance” is another book, like the Inland Waterways Manual, that I borrowed from the library, it was an interesting book to read to see what the mechanical structure, and systems of narrowboats are, mostly it was an overview of some of the systems, but hopefully it will be useful when looking at boats.
