I am now running Skippy.org.uk on WordPress MU with a domain mapping plugin.
This should all now work nicely (well we can hope). but if it does this will allow me to make easer and quicker backups of my sites along with making security easer to manage.
As you may have spotted I have moved my blog. I am now hosted on Subvert.org.uk With thanks to Ben A’Lee. At the moment I haven’t moved all that much across; but it is my hope that over the next few days that should all change; and hopefully in time I will be able to move all the content that was hosted on TermiSoc’s servers.
Some of my other domains will be served from Subvert as well:
Others will be let go; and hopefully others will be back soon.

yes, he finaly found out which bit of his blog was broken, yes it was my theme that was broken, for some reason parts of it were not fixed by the restoration after the borknessed. its now a good exscuse to find a new theme, even more sexy than the old one,
When looking to populate your girlfriends image gallery for testing, dont move your gallery into hers, and then once all moved delete them after the test is compleat.
two options,
I have updated Ruth’s weblog, it is now using a gothesk theme called DFire, by a lass called Tracy Ou (aka Viitoria L). going to look into putting a folder of images up and randomising the small “feature” image, may also try and work out how to intergrate it with her gallery, so it shows part of an image in the gallery, and then you can click through to the full image. See if the wonderfull Gem has any ideas on that one,
Also she has now got moods, like in LiveJounal using the [Cricket Moods plugin](http://dev.wp-plugins.org/wiki/CricketMoods). Don’t worry, I am not going to start using it on my blog.
Right, So CamCrew has been updated, the thing now has Loads of Photos Uploaded, but not yet sorted into Catogory, The CamCrew Vidieos are also All Catogrised now, just need to finish moving all the stuff accross, and then add the photos into the catogory, Oh the other challange will be the Staff photos, but will probably use the Lazy Gallery Software, its dead easy to use, and very powerfull, i also use it on my site for my Gallery, just needs a little more work on it
yes, its official, after sitting down and making more backups than is ever required, [skippy.org.uk](http://skippy.org.uk) is now running on [Wordpress 1.5.1](http://wordpress.org) and so far it looks nice
however [wordpress 2.0](http://wordpress.org/development/2005/12/wordpress-20-release-candidate/) (currently on RC3) is drawing near, so [skippy.org.uk](http://skippy.org.uk) may be jumping another relise up soon!and after a while (say a few days, if nothing breakes in any nasty way [Kris's Election Site](http://voteforkris.co.uk), [Ruth's Site](http://loupie.co.uk), [the Nus Extra site](http://nusxtra.co.uk], [PaganStudents](http://paganstudents.co.uk), and the [Greenbelt Stewards](http://greenbeltstewards.co.uk) will all be migrated up to 2.0 as well.
All of these sites, with the exseption of the [Nus card site](http://nusxtra.co.uk) have been running 1.5 ish, NUS has been running 1.2 for well forever, so a large set of upgrades are now in order,
[Camcrew](http://camcrew.co.uk) not only has its own domain name, now, but its own new shiney look too,
Now all i need to do is sort out ther orfdering of the images,

Origanly designed for his campain to run for the Position of Finance and Communications Sabatical, It suffered loss after the [great hard drive death of 2005](/hard-drives-2/) mainly anything with a file name starting with a letter after M in the alphabate was lost, so things like the sidebar no longer worked,
Now it is back Powered by the termiblogers delite that is WordPress – [Ben](http://benalee.co.uk/), and [Dan](http://danbjorn.termisoc.org/bfs/news.php) on the otherhand both use home built systems,

Will have to see how this will work with the News Network, and i wonder how it will handle Vidio files!
