100+ Reading Challenge

100 plus reading

As written about in my blog post; I plan to try and carry out the 100+ Reading Challenge as part of my Day Zero Project; some of you may know me, usually a book takes me a fair few days; if not weeks to complete; and here I am setting my self of reading almost two a week; also as part of this challenge I intend to invite 20 friends to suggest one book each for me to read.

The goal is to read 100 or more books in a year:

  1. Audio, Re-reads, eBooks, YA, Manga, Graphic Novels, Library books, Novellas, Young Reader, Non-fiction; as long as the book has an ISBN or equivalent or can be purchased as such, the book counts.
  2. What doesn’t count: Individual short stories or individual books in the Bible.
  3. No need to list your books in advance. You may select books as you go. Even if you list them now, you can change the list if needed.
  4. Crossovers from other reading challenges count.
  5. Challenge begins January 1st and runs till the end of December, 2011. Books started before the 1st do not count.

However since I seem to have half failed with the entirety of January; I will be using February 1st as my Epoc.
