Four of us Escaped the clutches of Manchester on Saturday, and Made a long distance (high Speed dash) over a large body of water,
Manda, Dave, Ian, and I have now spent two full days in New York, We are staying in a Hotel called the Carlton Arms (http://www.carltonarms.com), the entire insides of which are covered in art work, (will try to get some good photos)
Wondering round the city is interesting, the entire area is based on a grid system, which should make it easy to navigate, but not convinced as yet.
Today’s half plan is to go and see what central park looks like, as i have seen it in a few movies (one notable is the 10th kingdom (IMDB). and it looks extensive, i am not sure how it compares in size to the royal parks, but no harm in looking.
