Hi,
just wanted to thank you for this post.I got burned by this company – they are refusing to refund me in full for a PAYG policy that was in the wrong name and not fit for purpose (getting my car out of a Pound).
I’m going to Trading Standards as well because their advertising is misleading in the sense that they say that their policy covers you for car Pound removal when it actually doesn’t.
I had to call them because they were ignoring my emails – a 19 minute conversation – most of which was on hold – cost me £48.00.
Fortunately I found this post and was able to call them again to demand a refund which took 30 mins on a normal rate.
I’m putting the word out on this company, I only wish I’d googled them before buying cover.

goskippy have just hung up on me half way thru a conversation. and are cancelling my policy for a speeding ticket i got two years ago. outrageous behaviour by goskippy. i would avoid them like the plague. they cannot be trusted
