Another (un)happy customer

I got this via email this morning:


just wanted to thank you for this post.I got burned by this company – they are refusing to refund me in full for a PAYG policy that was in the wrong name and not fit for purpose (getting my car out of a Pound).

I’m going to Trading Standards as well because their advertising is misleading in the sense that they say that their policy covers you for car Pound removal when it actually doesn’t.

I had to call them because they were ignoring my emails – a 19 minute conversation – most of which was on hold – cost me £48.00.

Fortunately I found this post and was able to call them again to demand a refund which took 30 mins on a normal rate.

I’m putting the word out on this company, I only wish I’d googled them before buying cover.



I assume he found this post of mine, which lists these alternitives: 01454 636940, 01454 634810, or 01454 634887 as alternitives to their 0906 736 6522 (£1 per min).
