At Ellesmere Port train station (nearest station to the National Waterways Museum) is a Cycle rack full of Bike and Go bikes to ready to hire for the cheap cheap price of £3.80 per day!

I mean how awesome would it be to rock up somewhere near the coast on a nice sunny weekend, borrow a bike, and explore the surrounding area?
I mean all you have to do is Register
- Pay a £10 annual fee and receive your Bike & Go card.
- Get your card scanned at the station’s ticket office and collect your key.
- Unlock your bike from the station and go
- Return your bike to the station and hand in the key.
How could this great way to explore the country on the cheap, using public transport to get somewhere new and un-explored go wrong?

Oh they don’t open the ticket office at the times or days when the bike and go would be useful.
10 out of 10 for the idea… minus 10, million for the implementation!
