Yesterday I went up to Whilton Marina to look at the boats they have up there; while looking around came across one I thought had an amusing name based on where I work: nbSu-paFusion.
While there I had a look on 5 boats; Here are the 5 boats I looked at with my thoughts;
nbKiaOra
nbKiaOra had a huge covered Cratch that would have been perfect for transporting my bike in; however like most of the boats I saw yesterday she was also very narrow at shoulder hight.

nbArwyn
nbArwyn is a very pretty, however I am not sure about the position of the galley; its right at the stern past the bedroom.

nbCo-Operation
nbCoCoperation has lots of space, but double bed, or even space for one.

nbMylindi
nbMylindi bunk beds only 🙁

nbWindsor
nbWindsor is now under offer.

However none of them were really what I was looking for, so in the end I will still have to keep looking I guess;
I have a few other places to look, I will make some phone calls today. and sort of half hope that nbLizzyDripping comes back up on market.
I should be getting two more books soon, Living Aboard and The Canal Boat Manual they should be quite helpful.

I hope you find what you’re looking for!
As do I. There will be a boat warming party then as well (no naked flames; as I don’t want a boat burning party).
