For this Day Jason Suggests the following Juices and Smoothies:
- JM’s Super Juice at ~ 8am
- JM’s Super Juice again at ~ 11am
- Super Chute Juice at ~ 2pm
- Turbo Express at ~ 5pm
- JM’s Lemon/Ginger Zinger at ~ 8pm
With other infusions or mint Tea at other times.
As for Exercise, 2 x 20/30 minutes of workout; one in the morning; and again in the early evening.
How Did you find your first day of juicing?
Found out that when it says ripe Avocado, it should mean very ripe Avocado, the one we had was too hard for our poor “Smoothie Maker”
Felt a bit ‘hungry’ mid afternoon; but meh
What were your juicy highlights?
The “JM’s Lemon/Ginger Zinger was nice”
How did you get on with the juicy exercise?
Fine; was not anything I would not do normally
How long did you do?
1x 2.5 mile walk;
2x 2 mile walk.
How did you feel?
Now that just makes me feel like I imagine Spock feels when asked “how do you feel?”
