Hiding the BootCamp Drive

One of the things that annoys me is having lots of Icons on my Desktop; I like to have my currently connected drives; and perhaps a few other icons; but everything else should live as stacks in my dock. One of the things I have lived with until now is the BootCamp partition; but its block caps name also annoyed me (the internal hard drive on a mac should have the same name as the computer).

By booting into windows and renaming the disk so that the first character in the label is a full stop it can now be changed and hidden. You cant change its name in OS X if its formatted as NTFS.

Fulla is the name of my ByteMark server; it is mounted via ExpanDrive using SFTP (SSH).
