Shell built in 2004 by Floating Homes and owner fitted out, this 57ft cruiser style narrowboat benefits from a reverse layout offering social inclusion for whoever is at the tiller.
The Green Man has been used as a liveaboard since construction and would suit anyone new to the liveaboard lifestyle. The current owners are doing her up as she goes on the market and are happy to invite offers in the region of £35,000.
The boat is lined in oak faced ply throughout and has wood laminate flooring. The saloon, at the stern, is open planned with an Aarrow Acorn 4 multi-fuel stove and ample room for living and dining. The galley comes with a Zanussi FC1100 half-load washing machine, 4 x hob Calor gas cooker, oven and grill, Fridgemaster 240v fridge and a freestanding White Knight Sensordry tumble dryer. On the port side is a single sink, kitchen units and worktops, and on the starboard side is 2 x free standing kitchen worktop trolleys. The galley also benefits from a side hatch. Bathrom comprises of a Thetford cassette C-200 CS toilet, shower with automatic shower pump, basin with vanity unit and storage below. The cabin/bedroom comprises of a fixed double berth and a wardrobe on the forward bulkhead.
Hot water to the calorifier is provided via a Mikuni MX40 marine heater. Radiators supply hot water to the bathroom and forward cabin. There is a Victron Phoenix compact multi 12v, 1600va, 70amp inverter. Boat engine is a Yanmar Barrus Shire 35hp with PRM gearbox.
Hull was blackened in 2012.
Boat Safety Certificate valid until 2014.
