On my Day Zero List; Task 9 is to goto the gym regularly; since the task must have a lower set requirement; I have base lined mine Four Visits, Per Callander Month; for Six Months, while that may only look like 24 visits on paper; myself and Alex (a co-worker at CCFE) are planning to go each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; with David coming with us when he is able to. There are other fitness and endurance tasks on my Day Zero List; including, Couch to 5K, 100 Pushup Challenge, 200 Sit-up Challenge, and Task 8, Walk the Thames.
I went to the gym yesterday Lunch with Alex, and used a few of the free weights; it has been a fair while since I was last at the gym; or indeed did any major exercise; I will be going again tomorrow during lunch, and plan to use RunKeeper to keep a track of what I am up to activity wise.
Oh and yes I know I still haven’t written down all my Day Zero tasks. I haven’t thought of the rest yet; please contact me with suggestions!
